An Open Market Economy: Module Requests vs Orders

Yobbler is more than a platform—it is a decentralized economy. Learn how your Space can earn real revenue and how to commission tailored software.

Yobbler is fundamentally engineered as an open, decentralized market economy where any Space can act as both a consumer and a producer. Today, we are breaking down the operational mechanics of how you can generate revenue and how software is commissioned within the ecosystem.

Monetize Your Code (USD + DBX)

When you develop a module inside Studio, you have full autonomy to monetize it. If another Space wants to activate your module, they pay with real currency via our secure, integrated payment rails, transferring revenue directly to your Space. Furthermore, if your module utilizes operations that consume DBX, you automatically receive a kickback from the DBX spent.

Need a New Module? You Have Two Pathways:

  1. Module Requests (Free): Any Space can submit a free request for a missing module or feature. Any developer Space within the community can choose to pick up the task and build it. Because it is a crowdsourced request, the creator retains full mandate over the final design and functionality.
  2. Module Orders (Paid): Does your business require precise specifications? You can place a paid Module Order. By directly hiring and commissioning another Space to build the module, you hold the complete mandate to dictate requirements, behavior, and the final outcome.

This peer-to-peer (Space-to-Space) framework ensures that software development is faster, more secure, and highly profitable for everyone involved.
